When I banged up my Ford Windstar in a parking lot recently, my first thought was "Well, this will be a drag to deal with." But, I was really pleasantly surprised in dealing with Mike Miyagawa and the staff at M&M Auto Body. I got an estimate on the spot, which included free use of a loaner vehicle. Mike was very thorough in describing what needed to be done and why. I was told the work would need 4-5 days.Mike kept me up to date by e-mail and phone on all communications with the insurance company and on progress with the repair. During the repair, I was using a very clean and reliable loaner car. On the 3rdday, he called to say the van would be ready the next morning - early by at least 24 hours. When I pickedup the van, not only was it expertly repaired, withnot even a hint that anything had happened, but the vehicle had been detailed and completely cleaned, inside and out. All of this, and he was the low estimate to start with!
